Bidders

Trade-Only Auctions
Our auctions are exclusively for trade participants and are governed by trade-specific terms. Consequently, Consumer Laws, Regulations, and Cooling Off Periods do not apply to any sales conducted.

Role as Agents
We act solely as agents for the seller. All item descriptions are based on information provided by the seller, and we do not warrant or guarantee the accuracy or completeness of these descriptions.

Pre-Bid Inquiries
All inquiries regarding a lot must be submitted prior to placing your bid. The sale is not contingent upon any queries raised after a bid has been placed.

Binding Bids
Bids cannot be cancelled or withdrawn at any time. By placing a bid, you acknowledge and agree to the terms and conditions, as all bids are legally binding.

Bid to Buy
Please be aware that all bids are submitted to the vendor for acceptance. If your bid is below the reserve and the vendor chooses to accept it, you will be the winning bidder. It is not always necessary to be the highest bidder to win the lot.

Buyer’s Premium
All lots are subject to a buyer’s premium. Please refer to each lot for the applicable buyer’s premium percentage. VAT (20%) is charged on the buyer’s premium.

VAT on Lots
Refer to the lot description to determine if VAT applies to the lot.

Export

If you are intending to export, please ensure you have fully read the VAT refunds & export section of our T&Cs.

Payment Terms
Payment is required within 24 hours via bank transfer only. Please refrain from bidding if you cannot comply with these payment terms.

Collection and Delivery
Collections are strictly by appointment only. Seller details will be provided upon receipt of full payment. You may then arrange your collection. Delivery may be available for some lots; please inquire with the seller regarding delivery options and pricing once you have their contact details.
